This is tough since I love so many.
I think I'll go with Firm Strength. I love the warm up. It puts me in a good mood to do the work out.

I second this since I love Pam as such as soft spoken instructor who pushes you hard. It moves a little slower so you can lift heavier and has such a good variety of upper and lower body exercises. There are so many other Firms that I also like but I will stick to voting for only 1
