It's very upper body focused. Other than some kneeling, ab work and reverse planks the entire workout is done sitting. My feet usually end up falling asleep but I still love this dvd.

Nope. I pre-ordered. According to pre-order it was supposed to be available yesterday, but when I checked yesterday, it was out of stock. Grrrr.....
