Firm Volumes #1 and #2 - I was in the best shape of my life when I did these exclusively, with a little Volume 3 and 4 thrown in there also. I would rate Volume 2 the best workout ever. I've done Vol. 2 so much, I could probably do it from memory without watching the DVD!

Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio - my go-to workout when I want to smile and have fun! 30 minutes of Shaun T bliss....

Rodney Yee AM Yoga For Your Week - my go-to yoga DVD when I don't have a lot of time (each is 20-25 min). Rodney's form pointers are wonderful. Love everything about this DVD.

Turbo Jam - can't remember the name of the workout. I think it's Cardio Party. It's the one with the song "Mama Says Knock You Out" (I think that's the name?). Love this workout. In the same category as the Hip Hop Abs workout above. Always fun.

My favorite vintage ones that I did & still do over and over again are:
Gin Miller - Step Reebok... I know, but I've always enjoyed it and still do I just reread the review I wrote in 1997 after 4 years of doing it, now it's 20 years and my feelings haven't changed much. I don't do it every week anymore, but it is definitely the WO that doesn't owe me a cent

Other vintage ones are Karen Voight's Your Personal Best & Strong & Smoot Moves. Those VHS tapes have been played and rewind their money's worth in my home.

In recent years through exchanges I've gotten hooked on
Ellen Barrett - Slim Sculpt
Allison Davis-McLain - The Firm Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn
