Wow, I almost skipped this thread because Cathe just hasn't been for me for years. (she was my go-to in the early 2000's) But this is something I'm definitely interested in!

These sound like something I should do, but I don't think I could ever bring myself to do them, as I have limited time to workout, & I think I need to do what I think is giving me more "bang for my buck," to quote Charlene Prickett.

I also workout like Charlene did--just longer. I do weights separate from aerobics, & because of my slim build, I like to try & conserve as much muscle mass as possible by lifting heavy (for me) weights.

I would like to do something different, but I just don't think I would be able to go through with a plan like that.

But, who knows? Maybe I will be able to find time to do something like what Cathe is offering. I think it's a shame about her not doing step aerobics anymore, I was really hoping for more step workouts from her as well.

I'll take any Cathe workout that doesn't have burpees!

This is me. The new series plan seems very Jessica Smith to me.

Cathe's new series sounds like what I had hoped Jessica Smith would create. I view the new series as something for long-time exercisers, which isn't how I see Jessica's various AAP series at all. In fact, I'm really not sure who Jessica's target audience is. I just know I'm not in it.

at the last step, after entering your shipping preference. one of the payment options will be "check by mail" you can send a money order-customer service is quick to respond if you want to check with them first. i emailed them just recently and sent a money order for a dvd and those barbell clips. it went fine. make the money order out to cathe dot com.
