Inner thigh help

Focusing on other areas my inner thighes could use some firming. What do you guys reccomend. I do plies but they really don't seem to do alot for me. I do have the magic circle. Does anyone ever use that regularly?

These are the things that I have found helpful for toning the inner thighs

1. plyometrics - good Plyo leg DVDs are: 1 One on One with Tony- Plyo Legs 2. Cathe- Plyo Legs-(part of Meso 3,) Insanity- Max Interval Plyo
2. Tonique
3. Running

The one workout that immediately comes to mind is the original FitPrime Strong Bear with Tracie Long. The inner thigh work with the ankle weights gave me DOMS in my inner thighs like nothing else.

Brazil Butt Lift. High & Tight has some specific inner thigh work, but Bum Bum really gives me DOMS there - I think maybe it's the curtsy lunges.

My inner thighs respond to: Tony's LB work (P90X L&B, P90M Plyo legs, PlyoX); kettlebell swings, running.

Cathe Gym Style Legs has a good inner thigh workout that uses the green resistance band. -You lay on your side - put the band around the bottom of the bottom foot, use your top foot to step on the band for resistance and hold the top of the bands with your hands and then lift the bottom leg. She has you do pulses and holds and man it hurts so good

Squeeze -- all exercises done w/ the ball between your inner thighs + the original pelvic tilt section (on the wall) gives me major inner thigh DOMS even though she doesn't use a ball for this segment. I think it's all those foot position variations.

Firm it Up - floor work for inner thighs

Shape it Up & Tone it Up - both have good inner thigh segments that are short.

Use a small playground ball between your inner thighs for ANY pelvic tilt series (Tonique, Bar Method, etc.) or ab crunches (Cathe)

Karen Voights workout that uses the ring (I forget the name) is very good too.

New Pure Barre Lowry Loft --clips at Mary's show tons of inner thigh work using the small pilates ring.

Cathe - L&G, GSL, PLB, B&G all have good floor work using either bands or ankle weights

Margaret Richard Home Improvement and most of her other workouts have killer floor work.
Don't laugh-but leg magic gave me more inner thigh definition than anything else!

• I use Leslie Sansone's fit cuff three times a week.
* I do the 20 firming segment from Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs twice and the 12 minute firming segment from Belly, Buns & Thighs Slimdown once.

• I use my ButtMaster every morning. I do about 200 squeezes.

• 25-30 minutes of Pilates three times a week.

• I do Ana Cabán's Pilates Toning Ring Workout once a week.

• I walk a lot: 3-6 miles most days.
