No, but that's so cool! I've missed her!

I have done some of the practices from PBS. I enjoyed them.

I just checked my PBS station (WSBE), and I do get "Yoga in Practice!" Yay!

I also have Wai Lana and Happy Yoga with Sarah Starr, neither of whom I've tried!

Thank you, Katalina!

I really like Happy Yoga with Sarah Starr. I have a bunch of episodes recorded I need to do. I have several Yoga in Practice too, but I wasn't very taken with Wai Lana for reasons I can't remember!

Stacey's show is very approachable. She has grown older like the rest of us. It's interesting how former Firm instructors turned to yoga.

I don't find Wai Lana to be as approachable, but the scenery is great!

Yes, I think Kelsie is also teaching yoga now, too! I think the Firm provides a very good foundation for functional fitness, and it gives you a lot of strength to be able to do tough standing poses. Anna Benson's later projects FitPrime and Kick Butt (for slightly older audiences) had a lot of fusion elements to them, including things taken from yoga and Pilates, so it's absolutely no wonder that some Firm instructors are now teaching and practicing more yoga.

Oh, there are some yoga and Pilates routines in BeMax, too, the system from Alison, Allie, Rebekah, and Emily from the last incarnation of the Firm.

I discovered this with only a few minutes left of the program and am looking forward to next weekend to do a practice with Stacey. It looks like we get Wai Lana Yoga, but not Happy Yoga here.
