That's one of my favorites, but I definitely mix and match segments. Once I'm cleared to use 3 pounds on my surgical arm--hoping this week--I might try the arm section with two pounds lol. I modify on the knees moves to standing and leaning over a chair. Works great. I had to start doing that because of my wrists and eventually my shoulder.

I've been using the biceps and triceps sections of Cathe's Power Hour lately. I've realized I've lost some upper body strength and these short sections seem intense enough for my needs right now.

Yesterday was Greg Smithy's "Original" Buns of Steel (1991). This one will kill you. I only did the floor thighs sections.

Totally agree that it’s a killer. I have to break up the floor work into two parts - first part that has the many variations of leg lifts (14 min of torture), second part that has the inner thighs and all-fours moves. I would love to work up to doing the floor work together. Then maybe someday add ankle weights. Why is this so brutal? But I do love it!

Yesterday, I did Walk It Off with George (Foreman) Walk & Box (2004). Petra Kolber leads and George has fun joking about his boxing experiences. These WIOWG workouts an easy to follow and can be made harder. I didn't make it harder.

I happened to look at the very first page of this check-in from 2014. One of the first workouts I posted about was...

The Original Buns of Steel!

Yesterday I took the wayback machine to 1992 and did Buns of Steel 6 Intermediate Step Workout with Lynne Brick on VHS. Still loved it! The arm moves are so goofy I can't help but have fun with it. I haven't done a step workout in ages but it came back pretty quickly.

Ooh, original Buns of Steel with Greg! I remember it being a real burner but haven't done it in forever!
