I have frozen shoulder in my non-dominant (left) arm, so didn't want more pain (if there were going to be any.)

Since I use my right side more, I also thought this would help with working out any soreness.

I can sleep on either right or left side, but right side isn't best for me with Bell's Palsy on that side. So, I'm a mess on either side I choose.

With first shot, pain wasn't so great that it would have caused too much discomfort, either way. The injection site was high on my upper arm, so I wasn't really resting on it much.

I got my second Moderna dose yesterday at noon.* Felt fine all day, but then started feeling lousy during the night - around 11pm.* I get headaches that sometimes cause nausea during the night anyway so it was a bit hard to figure out if this was normal for me or from the shot, but it was more intense than usual.* When I got up to use the bathroom or get a drink I was feeling pretty lightheaded.**

I'm 20 hours since the dose now and still have the headache, mild body aches, and mild nausea/lightheadedness when I get up.* It's hard to concentrate too - I may have a low-grade fever.* My neck is sore too, but I get that with my nightly headaches.* Pretty much everything from the neck and above hurts.**

Nothing awful - it's manageable and I know it's temporary.**

Definitely not working out today. Too dizzy, nauseated, and achy. Hope I will be back to normal tomorrow. I was really anxious yesterday and ate all the foods to soothe myself.

I'm so sorry about your brother-in-law and about the Bell's Palsy.

Good luck with your vaccine.

I finally got an appointment !
I have been stalking sites for weeks.

Did you get the shot in your dominant or non dominant arm? I am right handed, but I have shoulder issues on my left side and sleep on my left side.

Congratulations! My shots were in my dominant arm but only because I always sleep on the other arm and I didn't want any soreness/tenderness to interfere with my sleep.

I got my shot in my dominant (right) arm. I also have some shoulder/tendon issues on my left side so I thought it best not to get the shot in that arm both for first and second shot. No side effects from either shot.

So glad you got an appointment!
