I was wrong!

I stated a while back I just could not do Cathes Strong & Sweaty Series due to the sound inconsistencies. It was just to distracting for me. I can take dull music etc...but not louder then softer , blaring and not hearing Cathe voice kind of sound.

Well, at this time, I do not care about the sound as I am grieving my mothers loss. I am just trying to do 1 workout a day.

So, I am giving the Strong & Sweaty Series a try. It really is a very well done series. I like the sequences. I like the exercises. I like the variety. So far I really like Total Body Giant Sets. I like Boot Camp. I like Ramped Upper Body. I have to give the others an earnest try. I'm shoveling a lot , so I cant do a lot of heavy weights right now.

If you can take the sound going in and out occasionally, these workouts are well worth the money in my humble opinion.

So sorry to hear about your loss, Peggy. Sometimes the only way I can get myself to work out is by doing something totally different from what I’ve done before. I’m so glad you have something that’s motivating you to stay active right now. Can’t go wrong with Cathe!

I'm so sorry about your mom. I know when my dad passed away I had to do mindless bodyweight workouts so didn't have to worry about getting weights right etc. You can choose a music off option and play your own I believe if that helps.

Oh I'm so sorry for your loss, Peggy. I've lost both parents and know how deep that kind of sorrow is. Warmest (((hugs))) to you.

I don't have this series but wanted you to know I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I am glad exercise is helping you through the process.
