I did not know they shipped to all provinces (I live in Québec and fittower.com does not ship here). It's good to know. It's still too expensive for now though.

Just got my Fit Tower this afternoon! Couldn't believe how lightweight it was! Not sure what I was expecting but very easy to set up and get started. I did most of the beginner workout, slim something or rather. It was good! I haven't been working out in a while and this was great for me today...just the ticket! Hopefully a new fitness toy will be a good motivator for me! ;-)

They do! I got the Firm Wave and Firm Express from them for about $12 CAD and free shipping a good while back, they were on clearance. I'm also in QC, and asked Fit Tower if they have any plans to sell here any time soon, they replied that they didn't know at this time, but they would keep my information of file to notify me if they do.

Just a reminder that Cathe posted the Fit Tower workout from the July roadtrip, in her Cathe Live archives. It is a good workout.

I just got my Fit Tower last night, and I can't wait to try it out!
Putting it together was pretty easy. I only made one mistake and it was easy to correct.

I'd get the FT if I didn't already own a Fluidity Barre. that is a sweet deal.

so for those who don't own any of the Fit Tower DVDs (including old or new), which DVDs are worth getting?

edited to add:

I see the 3 newer ones (2017) on Mary's site. in what other DVDs does Cathe use the Fit tower?

Turbo Barre?

any more?

Hey there,

I finally assembled the tower tonight, but I am somewhat concerned about the wobbiness where the vertical tubes meet the base. I screwed in the black knobs as much as I could but more wobbly than I expected. Anyone else experience this, any words of advice?

TIA,

Patti

Cathe has a bonus Barre segment in XTrain Legs, Lean Legs and Abs and Lower Body Blast. In the former two, she doesn't actually USE a Fit Tower, though, just a chair.

(And, the Fit Tower itself, of course, comes with 3 DVDs, but, if you're not in the market for one, those won't be available to you. )

Cathe uses the Fit Tower in her standalone workout STS Total Body for flat bench presses. In some premixes (not the main workout) she uses the fit tower for incline bench presses, one arm rows and pull ups.

I use the Fit Tower for the KickMax Leg Drills at the end.

Patti S: Mine is not wobbly, but I did have it almost fall on me. The band was wrapped around top while I was sitting on the floor for abs. My bar doesn't slide up and down that easily either. I would contact the company about the wobbly.
