What the heck??? That thing could be dangerous! What exactly was it supposed to accomplish, besides a pulled muscle??

VVFer, I just KNOW you bought it. Please report on how you like it.

It seems sooooo useful to lose weight as the breathing technique of Greer Childers ("mmmmmmmmmppphhhh phaaaaaaaaaaahhh")

(I may be wrong and this gadget may be the answer to all our fitness questions, but I am sceptical, to be sincere, haha!).

I didn't buy it. I am surprised at how many videos there are on YouTube about a gadget I'd never even heard of!

We Used A Weighted Hula Hoop For 30 Days

The gadget is noisy. I think I'd get bored very fast. And, what if you have cats???

I mean, I suppose it’s just as useful as hula hooping for fitness? Same body movement. I’d try it — weighted hoops bruise my hip bones. This might would eliminate that (as well as the constant dropping, lol).

My old Wii Fit has a Hula Hoop game. (No hoop.) I haven't done that in a long time. I recall it was fairly rigorous.

At my age, I might hurt myself!

I was thinking the same. I’m not going to get one, but there was a time I would have been interested. I thought hoops were fun but was never great with them, and this would eliminate some frustration.
