Today I did Daniel PT's 30 Min. Ballistic Bodyweight HIIT Workout. There was one move I just could not do, which is a hover push up with plank jacks. I did the standard plank jack which was enough for me! I was a sweaty mess at the end. I did Caroline's Cardio & HIIT warm up first from Epic 2. It was 9 min. long and had burpees in it! Only Caroline would include burpees in a warm-up!
