Rest day for me today. I did a 60 min pilates session to move my body. Tomorrow is another day. Wendy - you know how to do a rest day! I hope your English muffins were delicious and you're enjoying the fruits of your beauty day.

Today I tried that Chris & Edi Glute workout. I enjoyed it, although there is a mix up in the preview window for a couple of exercises (KAS Glute Bridge and Single Leg Hip Thrust). It all gets done and that is what matters. It is more my speed than Caroline's Glute workout. Caroline's workout bothered my lower back, but Edi's did not. I added on Jasper's Flexible Hamstrings & Hips stretch (10 Min.) which felt great after Edi's workout.

buffmama- Enjoy your rest day. My english muffins turned out great, but I don't know how often I'll make them. I rarely eat them and it is just easier to buy them for my dh. But if I'm in a baking mood I will make them again.

Another Tiff & Dan Shred II Day 27 FB Unilateral Workout. I liked it. I went back to qigong after my workout as a moving meditation.

Wendy - Caroline's glute work also bothers my lower back. She loves those super low pulses and my body does not.

buffmama- I'm glad you are enjoying the Tiff & Dan workouts!

Today I did an oldie but goodie- Turbo Jam- Cardio Party Mix 2. This is such a comfort workout for me. The combos of punches and zags just really hits my abs in a good way- I love it!

Happy Easter! Today I took a long walk with my dogs, cleaned up my elderly neighbor's flower bed, and did Caroline's Epic 3 Day 2- Upper Body Workout- Powerful Push & Pull. Great day with beautiful weather. And it's my mom's 80th birthday!

Today I did Daniel PT's 30 Min. Ballistic Bodyweight HIIT Workout. There was one move I just could not do, which is a hover push up with plank jacks. I did the standard plank jack which was enough for me! I was a sweaty mess at the end. I did Caroline's Cardio & HIIT warm up first from Epic 2. It was 9 min. long and had burpees in it! Only Caroline would include burpees in a warm-up!

Another Daniel workout today- Force Series Dumbbell Leg Workout. This is a good one as I've done it before. I kept having to wipe sweat off my dumbbells (and me) throughout this workout. That might have to do with the warm weather and not wanting to turn the air on, though. I don't think it has ever been this warm so early in the year.
