I will second Cathe's Cardio Party -- less intense and lots of fun (I think, though I know it gets mixed reception).

This morning I did this https://youtu.be/emVqKNhMXR0 and it was the perfect intensity.
Anyone have recommendations?
Cathe’s Lite and Ice have less intense cardio if you don’t include the bonuses. I also love Cardio Party. If you like step, Imax 4 and Step Sync are great. Plus Kat Gates-Buettner has fun routines with awesome music! If you like kickboxing, one of Cathe’s instructors has a YouTube channel too. Definitely more intermediate. JG Kickboxing.

I would call most of the Jessica Smith workouts moderate. There are many to choose from.

I saw that when I was researching some titles back in December (and by researching I mean reading threads here on vf ). I actually had it in my cart but I ended up getting Low Impact Sweat.

I looked at JG Kickboxing and Kat Gates-Buettner on YouTube. Both look good, thank you! I like the look of one of Imax 4. I'm not completely confident I could master the other one, lol..

I get overwhelmed with jessica because she has so many offerings. The one I did today was perfect. A week or so ago it took me 3 tries to find one the right intensity which was kind of frustrating.
The video that auto_played after today's workout looked good too..40 min jog?
