Moderate intensity cardio

I don't have a lot of it in my collection. Most of my stuff is pretty intense (To the Max, Crossfire, Peak 10 etc) and I don't want to do that kind of cardio all the time. I just want to break a sweat and feel pleasantly worked, not gasping for air and dying.

This morning I did this https://youtu.be/emVqKNhMXR0 and it was the perfect intensity.
Anyone have recommendations?

Wow, they have a lot! I will definitely need to look through and give some of these a try.
Any particular favorites?

I know it isn't for everyone but I find jump rope intervals to be a nice moderate intensity. I use the free Crossrope app for workouts. Sometimes they also add in bodyweight exercises but some are just jumping then resting throughout.

I have Hi/Lo Recharge! I bought it when it came out, did it once and liked it then forgot about it My attention span is a lot longer now, lol. I will pull it out.
I will look at clips for the others. Cardio Party hasbeen on my radar for a little while and I almost bought it.
Thank you!

That's a great suggestion! I love jump rope. It's so fun.
Mine has been languishing on my porch a few months as I was doing intervals outside for a while before I got back into my videos.

I'm really enjoying it too. I like having the app tell me what to do! It gives the intervals, type of jump, what bodyweight exercise. It's great!

I found Crossrope in the Play store. They do have a YouTube channel but I don't know if there are actual workouts on it or just tutorials.
