The strength and endurance DVDs are advertised as 3 21 min workouts - in actuality the workouts are longer. Strength is divided into lower, upper, and core. The power DVD has 4 12-14 min workouts. One is all cardio, the rest are strength and cardio. As far as which to get, I'd say whichever one fits into what you're doing or going to do.
