You favorite Cathe rotations

So, I'm ready to get up off my butt, and drop the 5lbs 2020 put on me (yep it wasn't me it was 2020 ) and the 20lbs I'd like to drop on top of that.

So I use to do Cathe rotations off and on, sometimes subbing either cause I didn't have that video, or I wanted to do something else for what Cathe had down. I plan on still doing some subbing, cause I love my Peloton so I'll do it for a cardio at least once.

Just looking to see what your favorite Cathe rotations.

I got great results with Cathe's Xtrain 90 Day rotation. You can sub the the Pelotan for the ride dvds.

Note: I have yet to actually do these rotations and I like to add in my yoga/mobility (which I can do), but these rotations look really good to me if I want to do specifically Cathe. Each week they are workouts from separate series of hers:


Cathe SEPT. '20:
"Hi Everyone,
This month we have a solid mix of weight work and cardio from four different series. Each week we will stay within one series with workouts arranged to successfully hit both strength and cardio goals. Please take extra breaks as needed and drink plenty of water! You’ve got this!"
