You'll get access to all the workouts plus whatever
New workouts are released in 2017 It's a great deal for the money! I'm sure you already have a coach but let If you have any questions as I am a "coach" You can get it with or without shakeology

So for the free trial, not all of the workouts are included. You get the P90X's - all of them, Hammer and Chisel, Beast, Chalene's workouts except Piyo, and most of the older content including Insanity, Asylum, Hip Hop Abs, Rockin' Body, Slim in Six... 21 Day fix is also included.
Piyo, Country Heat, Cize, Hard Corp 22, Core de Force are not included in the trial.

I did the 30 day trial and PiYo, Country Heat, Hard Corp 22, Core de Force, 21DF were not included as they were premium content. 21DF Extreme was included, odd. I decided to upgrade to the full membership and am really enjoying it.

It is weird, because I am getting 21 DF. However, I had originally ordered the DVD series, and then called and cancelled, so this may have something to do with the whole thing. Personally, I think it is a great deal, if you go for the 1 year All Access Pass, but the 30 day free trial is confusing.
