Free 15-min ART Method workout on Facebook

I haven't tried it yet. But it looks to me that if you add your own 5-minute warmup and cooldown, this would make a good full-body workout in under 30 minutes.

Thanks so much Nat I did this today and really enjoyed it. I'm in a funk right now due to spine issues and the workout felt good, just had to modify in a few places and had a good sweat going.
