Jillian and Bob

I was thinking of doing a mini rotation combining Jillian and Bob's workouts. How would you do this? Since they are all light weight circuits, would you just choose one to do each day or would it be best to put a day of pure cardio inbetween each workout?

I would think you'd want to put some cardio in at some point -- I think you could wind up with some overuse issues if you just do their weighted workouts day after day.

I'm doing a Bob/Jillian (mostly Bob rotation) right now. This is what I'm doing

Total Body strength focus - Super Strength, Beginners Weight Loss Transformation, or Cardio Kbell Shred, S90 Total Body
Tabata – Breathless Body, Supreme 90 Tabata or a Cathe HiiT
Total Body cardio focus - Rev Cardio, Ulitmate Cardio, Jillian NMTZ, LHB, Jillian's 30 days
Wild card – BFBM, Totally Ripped Core or cardio of choice
Repeat – taking rest days as needed and alternating intensity per cycle.

I feel like I need to take it down a notch so my next cycle will be:
Beginners Weight Loss Transformation
Breathless Body
Ultimate Cardio Body
Prevention 400 calorie Fix
Totally Ripped Core
Pure Strength
S90 Tabata
Rev Cardio
BFMB
Kbell Cardio Shred

I'll take a rest day when needed. I've been really enjoying this rotation.

I was thinking of doing a Slim Series like rotation with Bob only. No Jillian -- we don't click. Haven't worked out the details yet, and have a two new Bobs that I will trying in the next few days.

Since I am in the middle of a Jillian rotation right now, I think I want to continue doing the rest of hers along with my Biggest loser ones and Bob. I am not sure yet what I will do though as I also just got my 10 lb. slimdowns today and want to do those too. AARGH. Too many workouts

Sarah: I just got my new 10lbs down xtreme today too. Now i have no idea what to do I'm excited to do it all.

Millie: slim series is why i thought about doing bob and jillians back to back.

T2B~ When you say "taking it down a notch" you include Breathless Body in that list WOW!!!!!!!! that's taking it down a notch for you?? I am in awe, that one nearly kills me

Oh, no, Weight Loss Transformation, Ultimate Cardio Body & Prevention 400 is taking it down a notch, for me. Breathless Body leaves me breathless in a few places and is not easy. Breathless Body would have been perfect if she had used a couple of exercises for each cycle instead of repeating the same thing for 8 times.
