ebay question
long story short: a seller issued me a refund after assuming i had not received the item. i did in fact receive it, so is there a way to decline the refund in paypal?

Try going to the Paypal refund transaction. There should be an option to "Refund this payment".
If it doesn't work, you can ask the ebay seller to send you a new invoice. |
