Kcm?

Is KCM muscle up a total body workout or a split routine? I don't like split workouts

Split - Workout 1 is back/chest/shoulders/abs and workout 2 is legs and arms.

I have done each of the total body premxes. I like that she has shorter options in the 30 minute range. Handy when you are short on time.
