I'm confused. Why would she keep the title Revolution when it's obviously a different workout?

I could be wrong, but I think that was called something different. I'm trying to find her first one, but again, not sure what it was called. Anyone have it??

I think it was called Kettlebell Basix (that isn't a typo).

The one that I have is definitely called Kettlebell Revolution and it has three workouts on it, beginner, intermediate and advanced. It's a very good dvd but I can't find it now when I do a search. It is different from the one Mary has.

Hmmm. Def. not the Revolution I have and Basix was set in a pergola with two backgrounders. Basix was frustrating since she demo'd each move during the workout between each set, so once I knew the routine I used to just double the work, do my rest and jump to the next chapter. It sounds like the same voice over (although maybe she just has key phrases she likes to use), so I wonder if she re-filmed it with only the workout portion and reused the audio from the first one. It's definitely a better follow-along workout.

And, yes, how ridiculous to rename it the same name as the second DVD!

I really enjoyed this video as well. I love that there are no breaks.

I'm interested in the three 20-minute workouts as well!

This one looks good. I am interested in the 3 20 minute workouts though. Is this definitely a different dvd? How confusing!

Count me in as confused, too. Weird that you can't find anything on these older workouts. Let us know if you find out anything from Missy.

shellyann, vplan or anyone else - I guess she does anywhere from 5 to 20 reps per exercise and there are no breaks between exercise segments? Seems like no nonsense - I like it!

I watched the clip at Mary's - it was very comprehensive because I jotted 19 exercises down (may not be the correct terms for all): dead lift, two handed snatch pulls, overhead press, squat, swings, dead-lift alternating weight in hand, shoulder presses, racks, heros, halos, windmills, alternating swings, one legged dead lifts, snatches, rows, upside down clean, lunges w/shoulder press, Turkish get-ups, alternating swing w/flip.
