What equipment is needed for this program? Anything besides a kettlebell?

Just started using paper workouts & am enjoying the change, but for those of you who have used Be Slam would you say an advanced exerciser would benefit from this? Usually 12 wk programs are geared towards the beginner & helps them progress. Thanks for any help

I do think this is good for an advanced exerciser. I had to invest in heavier bells than I previously had to make it work, but with heavy bells, you can definitely amp it up. I also usually change the ladder slightly by making it 6 rounds of 6 reps for each exercise, and the whole thing still only clocks in at around 30 minutes, depending on the day. I would love to see a Be SLAM sequel or for Lauren to do another paper program of some kind.

I bought a few extra bells for doubles work. Sometimes I would do the rounds both descending (6-1) and then ascending (1-6).

Thanks for your help, think I might have to get this one. Does anyone belong to the closed Facebook group?
