Almost done downloading the PPL.

DO you have the advanced split program or the Muscle Burns Fat? Also, is the split routine you have a folder for at the bottom of the drive the same as the one currently available on Youtube?

I have both the Advanced Split set & The Muscle Burns Fat set.

Yes, on the Upper/Lower Split U1-4, L1-4 is one she hasn't removed.

Let me know when you've downloaded the PPL & I'll remove it and start uploading either the Advanced Split or Muscle Burns Fat - whichever you're after first.

How can I get that Week 6 Push from you that I'm missing? Are you able to upload to my folder? Since you're an 'editor'?

It isn't me that has it, it was Gibbee. Hopefully, she will pop on and respond.

Thanks Tichello for noting my error - when I'm here (VF) I try to RACE through so I can get done what I need to whilst I CAN!

If the server was serving in a restaurant, the food would be cold and the tips would be LOW (if at all).

I'll wait until someone else lets me know they're done with the PPL so I can take it down & upload Adv Split, then Muscle Burns Fat after that.

Just in case VF fall of its perch completely - I'm on BOTH Proboards and Tapatalk - both as "Helen" same as here.

This is the first time I've been able to get on in days. AND my stupid computer won't connect to the internet. Even had an IT friend of mine stumped. But I'm on WiFi AND on VF, so it's a miracle. I dare not change a thing for the moment!


I'll try getting the push pull workouts I inquired about downloaded AND if I can't get week 6 up, I'll try to open up my google drive and make a folder for public access. I have 2TB of storage, so that shouldn't be an issue.

If there is something you can't get uploaded to your drive, Tichello, let me know. I didn't catch her finishers / plateau buster workouts before she removed them or muscle burns fat. I got the 40 4 40, push pull legs except week 1 push pull, the 8 sessions of upper lower split (and I have asked her for more, but none yet), her 20 minute series, the 30 minute series. I haven't downloaded the newer 40 minute series yet.

I might take you up on that.

Are you planning on doing any of the programs in the near future? I kinda want to have a buddy to work on them with (or I will just go it alone as I have been..lol).
