Short yet effective cardio???

I really don't have the energy or time these days for long cardio workouts. I really actually dislike cardio in general. I've really been liking splitting up my workouts this summer into 2 shorter sessions. One early a.m and one in the afternoon. But I need to blast some fat off my lower body in general. I don't mind burpees( as long as there isn't 1000!) or any other high impact. I can do anything for 20-30 minutes Any recommendations would be great!

Zcut, Moxie, Tonique express, if you have a stationary bike/turbo trainer Sufferfest has 2 20-34 minutes and two others are around 40 minutes.

Kettlebell swings are an amazingly effective, short cardio workout.

I love my Firm Express set. I really think the blasts help! I like the Firm instructors, but ymmv. Kelsie's are great -most everyone likes that set.

I like Firm Express too.
for steady state cardio recommendations, I like Christi Taylor. Also, Tracy Anderson's cardio from Metamorphosis or Continuity is great for calorie burn - you can find a lot of these on youtube. I also like the cardio from her Method book (there are two 10 minute segments for a total of 20 minutes) and the Teen Meta DVD.

In addition to those mentioned.

Men's Health Cardio Burners w/ BJ Gaddour - 3 20 minute cardio routines that follow the 20 seconds on/10 seconds recovery formula

Mindy Mylrea Intensity Overload. She has two of these, one with toys (Bosu, gliding discs, medicine ball), and one without. Has brief warmup, 6 10 minute-ish segments with different tabata protocols and/or using different equipment, and a brief cooldown. Very easy to mix and match.
