Richard Simmons will be filming new workouts!

He's been posting a lot on his Facebook page lately. The first one is from August:

Today I have to work on my new exercise DVD's...... 10 of them! Pray for me!

Going to discuss the set today for my new DVDs! I am soooooooo excited!

I am in a photo session all day for the covers of my new DVD's!!! Ed will take the photos....... he has been with me since Sweatin' to the Oldies......what a kind man!

I am writing the lyrics for a few of the songs for my new DVDs...........I am so excited!

Wrote another song for my new DVDs! It is called Make It.... Make It.... Don't Fake It Fake It........

Last Friday:

Auditions at Slimmons tomorrow are for my new DVDs. Can't wait! To audition for the DVDs you must be a student at Slimmons and live in Los Angeles.

Yesterday (Sunday):

Just finished auditions..........they were the best ever.........I am blessed and so R U!

It sounds like he's coming out with a new system, but with 10 DVDs, I'll bet it will be kind of pricey, especially if he includes a lot of diet-related stuff as part of the package.

Richard is always so much fun, so even though he's not exactly the "newest and coolest," he sort of feels like an old friend or something, so I might just end up buying his new set when it comes out.

Maybe not - maybe only a rumor, but he did look awfully gaunt for awhile.
