This happened w/ WS 3. The newsletter said, " valid through such and such date, or while supplies last". Well, they sold out quickly and I don't remember if they got a new batch and offered the discounted price for those who missed out, or if they were out of luck.
The newsletter for this set also says, "through June 30 or while supplies last." I'm going to keep checking back. Quote:

They surely didn't sell out (in just this short time that we were able to order them) after the fix. So there must be another glitch since Extra Savings and Applicable promotion is no longer there, along with "currently unavailable."
It will probably be fixed again soon, I would think.

She just posted on Facebook that Amazon is having trouble keeping up so there may be a delay. She also said if it sells out they will replenish and extend the deadline. Whew!

"It does look like Amazon is having some trouble keeping up with the DVD bundle orders at the moment, so there may be a brief delay before the DVD bundle shows as available again, but we do have more in stock waiting for them to receive (and if we do happen to sell out, we'll replenish stock ASAP or extend the sale deadline). We do apologize for the delay. Thank you so, so much for all of your patience."
