Anyone use Jackie Chan's 'Cable Flex'?
Do you like it? Does it give a good workout?

I have it and I think it is a great concept but the tension is not tight enough for me and there is no way you can really increase the resistance. Plus you can do the same exercises with bands and get a better workout.

It$20 and then I had a $10 coupon. It wasn't awful for a $10 purchase. Nevertheless, it's in my closet.
