I have been waiting a long time for a new and improved slow and heavy workout with LOTS of premixes. I get better muscle definition with slow and heavy reps. Although, if she does this, I hope she gets a little more innovative with chest work instead of just push ups and chest presses. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE S&H, but I do tend to shy away from the C&B w/o b/c of the similarities in the moves she chose for chest in that one, although I know basic chest moves are limited. It's effective, just a bit boring. Maybe if they were cycled thru with other moves it would be better.
An entire series of S&H would be awesome with perhaps her playing around with eccentric and concentric moves or even throwing in some 2-2 or 4-4 moves too, perhaps even as finishers with slightly lighter weight? There's all kinds of ways to do S&H.....I think that was a Cathe quote right from one of those workouts.
