I forgot which ones they are (I got rid of them) but she would do an ab section at the end.

Doesn't she always use a dark set? That's one of the things I've always disliked about her workouts. I like bright sets.

Yes, lately she has. But her earlier DVDs had a much better set. I don't like the dark ones with the spotlights. Awful.

It's her voice! There are other threads here too where it's been mentioned before. I was trying to find a Youtube clip but no luck.

Yes, very monotone, Fargo-sort-of voice. I really don't like to criticize background exercisers, but her voice isn't workout friendly. It makes me want to fall asleep.
