The more I do these workouts the more I
them! I like the just right warm ups, the music motivates me, the reps aren't endless and they move quickly from one exercise to the next, premixes, core, stretches are just MINT. I mean, I really, really like everything about these workouts. I even like when Cathe talks a bit too long and my heart rate gets to totally recover a couple of times! And you really can up or lower the intensity quite easily. I won't call myself a Catheite, but by golly, she's gotten back in my good graces after some sour experiences on her forum and just losing the love for Cathe's workouts.
I'm so glad I bought these workouts. I'm following (mostly) the July rotation Cathe posted using the new workouts.

I know, I know, I'll totally over use them like I did Peak 10 and Turbo Fire and have to set them aside for a while, but I love using workouts to death and rediscovering them again later. Plus there are options to use these on weight days and only use the sections I want to so they are more versatile!!!!
