Cathe Full body workout ?

For those that do Cathe's full body workouts, do you think that they work your legs enough or do you do a day dedicated to legs? High reps seems to work the legs more then her previous full body workouts so i'm more asking about those. Maybe I'm just used to doing her high volume leg workouts and my legs feeling like jelly so when I do full body workouts I don't feel like my legs got enough but I always feel like my upper body has been worked out completely.

I noticed Push Pull has both standing legs and floor legs, but Muscle Max has only standing legs.

You can always do Gymstyle legs which has a half hour of each.

STS Total Body works legs evenly with upper body.
Muscle Endurance works legs well, especially with all those step ups!

Thanks. Do you find personally that you need more focused leg work or some leg floor work?

I never did when I did Cathe all of the time. She does work legs a lot, which I always appreciated.

Of course, adding barre or some extra floor work wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, but I'm not sure I ever did her full body workouts and felt like I needed to.

I like both of these and I don't do extra leg work when I do these.

IMO, she doesn't work the legs to exhaustion in her full body workouts, so if you were looking for a more intensive leg workout, you'd want to add on some afterwards. For me the amount of legs in her full body workouts is perfect because I don't care to work my legs to exhaustion. Just my opinion, you'd want more for an intensive leg workout.

Power Hour works both upper and body quite well.

I think Cathe works the legs well in all her Total Body workouts and I feel like it is enough. If you have Pyramid Lower Body, the ballwork is a great lower body add on if you want more. I have used that little routine so much over the years.

I think Max Int Strength, Muscle Endurance, High Reps, and STS Total Body work lower body/upper body equally. I also really like the premix that mixes PLB and PUB. For me, Push/Pull also feels thorough because there's standing work, floor work, and calf work. I usually use the 'Workout Blender' and do ALL the lower body chapters back to back then ALL the upper body chapters back to back.

I also like to mix 4Day Split's lower body segment with Body Max 2's upper body segment and abs. That is a great 1 hour total body workout. With Power Hour or Muscle Max, I don't sweat the lack of leg workout because I usually try do some sort of lower body-based cardio the day before or after.
