Gladgirl - My DH did a long DDP Yoga rotation a few years ago. He still does them randomly.
He liked that DDP is down to earth and gives good instruction. He gives form pointers and modifications. I wouldn't say the workouts are easy though. There are some kneeling postures if I recall correctly. One would have to modify if they cause discomfort. After 6 months of DDP Yoga, his posture was much improved. His flexibility was much improved. And, DH still likes DDP enough to do his workouts sometimes. I looked at the DDP site and they are having a 20% off Summer Sale: https://ddpyoga.com/

You will and you are. As long as he sees it as a help and not you telling him what to do. You know men. The idea has to be theirs
I found with myself I can’t keep with the planned schedules. When I have a busy day or a not so good day, I feel like I failed. So I try to do my own way because I don’t feel pressured. I don’t know what it is, but I’m not stopping doing something. Better than taking a seat.
