• I use Leslie Sansone's fit cuff three times a week.
* I do the 20 firming segment from Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs twice and the 12 minute firming segment from Belly, Buns & Thighs Slimdown once. • I use my ButtMaster every morning. I do about 200 squeezes. • 25-30 minutes of Pilates three times a week. • I do Ana Cabán's Pilates Toning Ring Workout once a week. • I walk a lot: 3-6 miles most days. |
