Happy Sunday! It's been a great week in my (new) home and I finally got to try my new workout space (I will attach pictures in a few minutes).

Here was last week for me:

Sunday:
P90X Chest & Back

Monday:
Cathe's Xtrain: Cardio Leg Blast (was planning to add on the 100 Rep Hip Thrust challenge but my lower body was already burned out)

Tuesday:
P90X Shoulders & Arms

Wednesday:
Christi Taylor's Totally Cool Step

Thursday:
TAUGHT Barre & Upper Express classes

Friday:
Rest day

Saturday:
Art of Strength: Providence
Michelle Dozois The Ultimate Workout: Ultimate Flexibility

Before I do personals, here are a few pictures of my new workout space. As I mentioned earlier, it's really two rooms in one upstairs space.

The main room features (most of) my workout DVDs, kettlebells, and steps.

Garrie, some of your photos seemed to have access restrictions - I could see the first & last in your first post and the last only in your second. What I saw looked good though; great idea with the shoe rack! Glad you are settling in.

Pat: Sorry to hear about your back; mine was stiff last Saturday (day after move). Hope your back feels better soon! We're back to mask mandates at the college (regardless of vaccination), but none yet at the gym I teach at. I think I took Winsor Buns & Thighs with me and need to find it.

Beth: Congrats on being halfway through your sadhana! I'll have to check your backache practice out.

Linda: I don't know how many DVDs I have. LOL! I have a box of VHS tapes I left at my parents house that I need to pick up sometime that have all of my CIAs and some hidden goodies. Life living with SO has been good.

Pam: Enjoy your time with your family!

This coming week is going to be stressful, mostly because it is the start of Fall semester rush at the college bookstore. On Thursday I got a call from the manager saying that she has to go in for an ultrasound tomorrow (the first day of rush). She told me that it should only take about an hour or so.
I'm hoping for good results and that she doesn't need any surgery (she's been having side pains the past week or so). I'll stick to shorter workouts, although if I have time for a longer workout in the evening I'll do it.

I'll be back to post today's workout and to chat. Waves all!

Yes, I can see them all now - wow, your Firm collection (and really the whole DVD collection!) is impressive! Loved the purple kettlebells! Did I count SIX kettlebells total? (I have two.) How heavy are your KBs? Also, does your SO exercise too?

ETA: Good luck on the bookstore rush! Work is starting to heat up for me too, although it looks like I might continue working from home 1-2 days/week during the semester.

Beth, thank you for posting your Backache yoga practice! There are two Classical Stretch season 4 episodes that I have found helpful when I've tweaked my back. I actually like those two episodes more than Miranda's Backpain DVD.
You had a nice week of workouts!
What is your favorite facial sunscreen when you do yoga outside?

Garrie, your workout rooms look GREAT! Thank you for sharing those pictures with us. How awesome to have two fully equipped workout rooms.
I'm keeping good thoughts for your manager's health.
How is your S.O. doing with his exercise that you recommended for him?
