I think this has more to do with studio concerns than video concerns. It seems likely that the studio management is different than the video agreement. It is entirely possible Pam will make and distribute workouts through Gaiam, like so many other instructors do. I'm not saying she will, but it does seem possible since they work with so many different instructors.
The studio, however, has to be concerned that she will draw students away to her new studio, or that she will be too tied up in her new venture to fulfill all her teaching duties, missing classes, cancelling workouts, missing meetings and so on. |
