I love her too! I suffered from hemorrhoids in the last year and also a lot of urinary incontinence from sneezing too forcefully (both thanks to perimenopause!). I watched a lot of her videos on both situations and implemented some of her suggested changes. They helped me tremendously with consistency.

Her accent and tone of voice are so lovely. She also has videos for starting back to exercise and weight training with prolapses (both vaginal and rectal and also hemorroids).
