Kittybug… you sound like my husband. Last week he was hunched over and walking funny. I said what did you do. Sat on the edge of the desk the wrong way. If he uses the tilt table for a few days, he usually gets relief. But it’s so frustrating and random. Hope you’re feeling better today

Oh, you guys!!! You make me feel so special!!! My husband and I normally don't celebrate birthdays, it's just another day. But, my friend at work brought me a donut which was very, very delicious and I promptly devoured it.

Thanks for the birthday wishes!! It made me smile for sure.

manleym: Sometimes it just makes me feel better to make other people feel better. I hate to see suffering. Aren't we always battling something?
Great workouts!

kittybug: do you know what child's pose is? Try that. Also believe it or not, forearm planks can help. A kettlebell coach told me that when my low back ached. But be careful!

lavna: hard to believe covid is STILL hitting people. More and more I know people who caught it even with vaccines and boosters. It's tiring!

Yesterday I NEEDED me some Body Combat so pulled out an OLD one from 2005 - #25. Always fun, Dan is cute and fierce. Good tunes etc.

Today I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do...I kept changing my calendar but ended up with Cathe Live 276 All In Upper Body! FANTASTIC!! It paired body parts, like shoulders/biceps, back/triceps etc. I think Cathe said there were 25 different exercises in the whole 50 minutes. I went heavy as I could as sometimes there were 24-36 reps and it felt amazing! My arms and hands were shaking when I got to the stretch!

I've slightly changed how I'm going to go thru the Live workouts. I started making a list of all the workouts 50 minutes or more and want to go thru those first. I really do prefer a long workout if possible. Not that I can't put two together, but think I'll work thru them this way.
Or not - something else might come along - I do like to try the brand new ones!

Just watched a preview of Cathe’s recent live class from today. It’s funny because so many of those moves are the ones I have been doing in my peloton workouts. Not the cardio portion but some of the strength, balance, core and metabolic moves. It looks like a good one. Can’t wait to hear your reviews.

Kate…you cracked me up with the Homer comment. When we went to Universal Studios they had the biggest doughnut I’ve ever seen as a desert in the Simpsons area.

I'm back. First off, I can't wait to do Cathe's Live from today. Looks amazing.

2nd: If anyone has Travis Eliot's Level Up 108 Yoga set, I HIGHLY recommend the 30 minute Upper Body Yin practice!! After Cathe beat me up today, it felt amazing!

Just sayin'. Back to your regularly scheduled program.
