Thank you, violingal!

I'd like to reiterate that I did use the original/older version of Si6, so I can't speak for how this would work with the newer version.

Wow, great results! Thanks for sharing. I've had Si6, traded Si6, and reacquired it like 3 times! I was looking for another workout in my dvd cabinet yesterday and when I got to the back of the cabinet, I found that I currently have these again. . I'm going to save your rotation and possibly give it a try.

Sounds great, Cheryl! If you decide to try it, be sure to let us know how it worked for you.

Congratulations! That's awesome news. I wonder if Freemake could be used to edit out the portions you don't use. I think I still have the originals but haven't previewed them in a long time.

I would love to know how to do this because I want to reduce the Slim Series to 30 minutes and don't want to scroll through chapters. I am not tech savvy so if you have any pointers please let us know.

The slim in six that the OP is talking about is fine for me as far as the time but slim series is way to long.

Ditto what Kathleen said. I'd love to do Slim Series again, but the workouts are waaaay too long.

They sure are. I wouldn't have the stamina for those entire workouts any more. (Plus, they set my behind on fire like nobody's business).
