Keep It Up is my favorite Slim in 6 DVD and the only one I've kept. I think it has it all and gets it done in 40 minutes without overdoing reps. Also on that DVD is Slim & Limber (which is wonderful) and Slim & 6-pack (if you want direct floor ab work - of which I'm not a big fan).
