Dusted off Cardio Sculpt Blaster

with Lisa Kay. I used to do this workout a lot when it was new and I didn't have many workouts. I got kind of tired of it then, but now, after several years, I really enjoyed it - just the right length and intensity combined with a mile of Leslie.

Next is Cathe's Cardio & Weights.

I'm sure there are many gems I didn't hang on to.

I love CSB. I don't do it regularly, but it's something I can almost always get myself to do even if I'm in total sloth mode.

Love this one also. It takes me along time to decide to get rid of a DVD so I have got to have a strong feeling about letting it go.

Sara, I saw your post and was needing to add on a workout for the day (I must get serious about losing 10 pounds - bleh). Popped it in and now I am SWEATY! Love this workout. I only used 2 lb. hand weights because I am doing KCM 30 Min Your Best Body tomorrow.

Thanks for the reminder

This was always one of my Fave Firm add-ons for sure!

One of my favorites too. I have done it so many times that I almost have it memorized!

It's currently on sale at Collage for 8.99.

Have I owned this one? It looks like it was from one of the early Goodtimes sets?

I had a slew of pre-Goodtimes Firms I bought when Firm Direct put them on sale right after they were bought. Recently I found the only one I'd even opened was Fat Blaster. That has been my favorite Firm for years and, apparently, the one I always reach for. Plus, I now have a degenerative arthritis in the base of my thumbs and cannot use weights heavier than 3 pounds. Fat Blaster still works for that limitation since mostly the weights are light ones used during movement.

CSB looks like it might be similar, but shorter and without the changes of instructor and set.

I love Cardio Sculpt Blaster with Lisa Kay! It is such a great little workout at 30 minutes with some floor cardio, some step cardio, some light four limb cardio and a stretch. It is the perfect workout for those days when I don't want to work out!

Cardio Sculpt Blaster is a GoodTimes production that was released with 5 other workouts the summer after BSS1 was released (2002).
