Tracie Trifecta -- fun cardio mix
I wanted a long (no pun intended) cardio workout of moderate intensity, so I did the "Go Strapless" cardio premix from Staying Power (22 minutes), the glitch-free "Step on the Go" premix from Step Forward (20 minutes), and "Big Short Sweat" premix from Back Up (20 minutes), then finished the whole thing with the abs and core segment, and the stretch from Step Forward. It was just over an hour and the intensity was perfect, with little blasts here and there. Switching between the disks was a good time for a quick water break. Thank you, Tracie, for not having long intros on these DVDs. The menu comes right up, so you don't lose too much time.
