I have the one you have that came with the bar, Kitten. I didn't realize there was another set named that. Thanks!

Oh my gosh, Vantreesta, I love the set so much!
The short workouts are exactly what I need right now and my legs looked a-ma-zing when I did it two years ago.
I loaned it to my sis who also loved it. And she's not even a vidiot!

Kitten, I think you may have convinced me to switch my plan for Dec! Especially since my darn calves keep getting bigger and thighs aren't getting any smaller either! Thanks!

ETA I don't remember, did that set come with a rotation or do you just do them in order every other day? Would it be overkill to alternate with Ruthless?

This thread occurred to me today when I decided that December will be my month of 30-min workouts followed by a CS/Ess ep. It's just such a hectic month that I know if I set myself to do more I'll only be disappointed that I didn't do more, and it's so dark in the mornings before work, and most evenings are helping kiddo with homework and/or game/practice/recital and/or Christmas party and/or buying everyone's presents and/or having in-laws stay for a week and/or groceries and cooking and/or chauffeuring to friends' houses and the list goes on and on...

I actually look forward to January and February when life returns to normal!

Lori - that sounds like a very good plan. When it is dark in the morning and dark early in the evening my energy level plummets.

I'm still not 100% sure exactly what workouts I will do but I have been enjoying CocoLime Fitness on You Tube this week and Yoga w/ Adriene.
