Does AGING BACKWARDS contain paper workouts?

...Or are there any CS/Essentrics paper workouts?

I've been doing more and more CS this summer--trying to do an episode every morning--but would also like to incorporate some of the stretches in non-TV-access points during my day... and don't have all the moves committed to memory/muscle memory yet.

I've been looking at AGING BACKWARDS on Amazon and Essentrics.com, and just can't tell. It sounds like a book all about Classical Stretch, but I'm unclear (from the description or reviews) whether it contains any sample workouts or breaks down the moves.

?? (I've missed a few days and am SO stiff and achy!!!)
Thanks!!

Gem,

There are 8 workouts described in the book with pictures and descriptions on how to do the exercises that make up each sequence. The workouts include:

Straighten Your Posture
Speed Your Weight Loss
Soothe Your Joints
Increase Your Energy
Relieve Your Pain
Enhance Your Balance
Improve Your Mobility
Protect Your Bones

There are also 8 "mini" workouts on the essentrics website that correspond with the 8 workouts in the book: http://www.essentrics.com/agingbackwards.html#ways. These don't include all the exercises in the book, but just a sample of them. You can download them.

I like having the written descriptions of the exercises. These 8 workouts take up over half of the book. Hope this helps.

Ann

The Mozilla Firefox add-on "Video Download Helper" will capture the video. It works on many videos but all.
