I wanted to add to this thread that Gin Miller has also done some good total body weight workouts that are high rep. Don't remember the exact titles, but it's another avenue to look into. I traded mine away and am now sorry I did so.

You dont have to be an instructor to buy group rx (I have a few) but they are pricey. Saying that you would probably pay more for a Les mills pump instructor dvd from ebay (got a few of those too
 )
