Her salad dressings are also pretty terrific.
OMG do you have a Sweet tooth or what? lol. i have Almond Butter but i'm not in love with it yet. Just trying to get used to it in my new eating habits. I made the bars off of Barre3 and I just couldn't stomach the recipe enough to eat it all.

I have some Raw Coconut also and i have my Coconut Cream for recipes. I don't know If I could eat those macaroons. You gotta love coconut. I like my old bad Almond Joys though But macaroons, I don't care for them/those.... maybe i've not had a good one yet.

I like how she takes pictures as she goes along. lets you know if you are doing alright.
Sorry to go off track here folks. Just learning more about healthy eating.

Thanks for this compilation thread!

I have always been regular... same time everyday. Last week I started making daily smoothies. Now I'm super regular! My cycle is every 12 hours.

Green Goddess Pistachio Shake

Green Goddess Pistachio Mint Shake (serves 2), courtesy Ravi and Ana:

Here is our favorite way to indulge our sweet tooth (in the healthiest way) and get an energy boost, while nourishing our cells at a deep level. Mint has its own special health benefits from easing digestion to helping to be a "Kunda-leanie," by through its ability to break down fat. It also has a cleansing effect on body and breath!

1/2 cup raw organic (unsalted & shelled) pistachios
9-11 fresh mint leaves
water as needed (about 1/2 to 1 cup)
2 ripe frozen bananas
3-4 dates
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of himalayan sea salt
ice (add ice last and enough to make your shake as thick and frosty as you like it. We add almost a whole tray)
