Pat, ugh, so sorry about your oil aggravations! Your annoyance is very understandable (but hope your DH is out of the doghouse by now). I was just checking out the nest, and the whole family was there; it looked like all 3 chicks were active.
Ooo, Pam, I've taught yin half frog to shoulder stretch in class - although it can be somewhat hard to explain the transition to a group! Here is the 21-Day series I started doing with Cassey Ho; I'll do #2 today.
