Alison-I totally agree. It is too over the top-like "hey, look we're having fun exercising!"

Bumping this up!

I've now tried 2 of the You v.2 workouts On Demand and found them surprisingly enjoyable. And, although they are considered Beginner level, I also worked up a decent sweat (for comparison, I did Country Heat this morning and did not sweat nearly as much). And I definitely sweat more with these than Leslie S.

The moves are all pretty basic, but the way he adds arm movements and strings all the moves together is where the sweat fact lies - for me I think they can be great way to get your heart-rate up while keeping mostly all the moves low-impact.

Now could a do a whole rotation of these? NO. But a good alternative for days when I want a low-dread, low-impact workout? YES!
