Leandro's Secret Weapon - BBL

Leandro's Secret Weapon DVD is not mentioned in any of the BBL plans. If you have it and have done a BBL rotation, how/when did you use it?

Isn't it an extra dvd? I rented it from Kinectflix so I followed it once but do not own it. I am not sure where it would fit in a normal bbl rotation. I would think you could use it for an add on workout or to mix things up after you finish a bbl rotation. I think Mary does have it on her beach body site. I tried it and liked it okay, but did not feel it was worth the price to purchase. As I recall it was a short workout (20-30 minutes) using a towel like people often use gliders/valslides/sliders with lots of sliding lunges on each leg. I guess you could use it in combination with the shorter bum bum?

I just looked and Mary does list it on her Beach Body site. No quantity in stock shows so if you don't want Beach Body to ship it you'd want to check whether she actually has any in stock.

She can't offer free shipping or include video clips of her Beach Body stuff. This DVD is 19.95 and 5.26 shipping so it is a bit expensive for a short DVD. She also carries the deluxe add-on DVDs for 29.95 for a set of 3. And she has replacement bands for 6.95. Plus shipping.
