I LOVE Cuts n Curves!!! I think it's the best DVD he has made and it's such a wonderful strength workout. The only downside is a super long warm up, which I skip, and no traditional ab work; he has you focus on the core during the other exercises. Skipping the warm up, I can get a total body workout in 40 minutes. The first half is band/tubing work and the second half use dumbbells. I think this is a great DVD to learn form and technique with too. This workout makes me feel amazing afterwards but also gets the job done.
I also recommend Total Body Sculpt Plus Series. I personally skip the cardio segment which is in the middle of the workout and it shaves another 10-15 minutes on average off each workout. If you buy all 3 DVDs, then you get 6 workouts in all. They all compliment each other nicely.
I like The Express and Original Total Body Sculpt Series (Blue Covers) but I don't use them as much. I don't really do Gilad's cardio anymore bc of my shoulder, all the kickboxing bothers it. The TBS Series has some add cuts so you miss complete sets of exercises. It's not a biggie if you pause and continue, but it can be bothersome. Express is nicely produced, but I prefer when a full total body routine is put together for me. Put the Express System has some nice parts for add ons.
I found Quick Fit System to be boring. Effective, but it didn't hold my attention.
